Before leaving for holidays, it is important to verify the conditions of payment of a dialysis session in the holiday dialysis centre.

The unit onboard dialysis cruise ships is an English private dialysis centre. Thus you may fully pay the dialysis sessions. Back from your travel you may be refunded  via the NHS - your renal unit or GP can confirm this.

However you may ensure the NHS will accept to meet the cost before leaving and obtain an approval. We will provide you all the needed information and documents.
